How to play

1. Take the order. A customer steps up and their ticket appears. Drag the ticket to the rail so it stays in view while you work.

3. Build. Stack the finished pieces on a plate and add whatever the ticket lists.
4. Drink. Pour the drink the ticket asks for and hand the tray over.

Use the station buttons along the bottom of the screen to move between these steps. Customers judge the finished order against their ticket, and you are scored on how closely you matched it, so a correct but sloppy plate earns less than a careful one.

• Start the griddle early. Cooking is the slow step, so put the next order's food on before you finish building the current one.
• Keep the ticket on the rail and check it while you build, rather than trusting your memory of the order.
• Do not walk away from food on the griddle; a burnt pancake costs more time than the few seconds you saved.
• Serve one order fully before you fill the griddle with a second, unless you are confident in your timing.
